Seared Tuna With Sauteed Sweet Potatoes

We seared these tuna steaks and made a pan sauce with some onion, garlic, tomatoes, green chiles and lemon juice to deglaze.  It was citrus-y, a little spicy from the chiles and had a lot of flavor.  The steaks were overcooked just a bit, but still moist and tender.  We sautéed a sweet potato we had lying around and opened a can of green beans to go with.
